Anyone who tells you that they can guarantee that you will reach the top of the search engines in a given amount of time is probably not being honest.  The fact is that it is almost impossible to predict how long it will take to reach the top of any SERP, although there are some things that can help us determine how much time you can expect to spend waiting.

How much should I spend on SEO?
